Annette M. Long is an energetic and creative woman who has her finger on the pulse of what people need. That’s why after spending over 15 years in management positions in the Telesales industry — the last as a Vice President— she decided it was time for a major change. Annette spent most of her career in fast-paced corporate management positions, spending up to 60 percent of her valuable time traveling. Her travels have taken her as far as the Philippines to work.

After years of spending time in airport after airport, meeting after meeting, like most people, she moved at a frantic pace. Between work schedules, family, and home, there was a need for people to take time to simply relax.

So, Annette decided to focus her attention on her passion of health and healing through massage therapy. The result was the creation of Massage Creations LLC and Chair Me Up massage services. Her “massage mission” is to educate a multi-tasking population about the stress relief and healing experienced through regular massage therapy.

While Annette’s philosophy is the “The Therapist Knows Best,” she and her team are good listeners and will work with each client to ensure maximum results. Customized services are designed to benefit the specific needs of each client, whether it is a chair massage or a full-body massage. Each therapist is experienced in several massage techniques and will design a program to promote health and relaxation.

Annette is a graduate of the School of Body Therapies located in Langhorne, Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University.
